Paige Cross is the founder and owner of Cross Country Management, a consulting firm focused on business coaching, project management and training and facilitation in rural and regional areas of Australia.

 

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, with her husband and three children, Paige also has an active interest in her family’s broadacre and sheep farm in the Mid-North. She returned to her home state in 2019 after a 20-year career in the finance, government, and healthcare sectors across the Eastern states of Australia.  With this first-hand experience through multiple industries, Paige is well placed to work with a diverse range of clients.  Her strengths are customer service, communication, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, and the ability to understand business and project requirements to facilitate successful outcomes.

Paige has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Agronomy); a Cert IV in Frontline Management and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. She recently finished her Resilience @ Work accreditation and is an accredited ChemCERT trainer. Paige was one of the SafeWork SA Augusta Zadow Award winners in 2022.

 

Paige joined the ChemCERT training team in 2023 and committed to delivering quality and engaging training throughout regional Australia. Being a ChemCERT trainer affords Paige an opportunity to engage with and assist primary producers and chemical users in diverse regions, which is one of the most enjoyable aspects of her work.
